Terms of Service

These terms apply to the EcoWanda website (ecowanda.com), run by EcoWanda ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us you agree to them.

Who we are and what we sell

EcoWanda is a playful environmental learning world for children aged 4–10. We offer free games, lessons and stories, and sell digital PDF story books, colouring books and place bundles for one-time payments. There are no subscriptions.

Our payment partner

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Accounts

A "Join Wanda" account lets you keep your purchases, downloads and saved games. Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian or adult. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Your licence to the books

• When you buy a book you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your family or one classroom.
• You may not resell, share publicly, upload or redistribute the files.
• All characters, stories and artwork, including Wanda, remain our property.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, try to access other people's accounts or files, or interfere with how it works.

Liability

We provide the site "as is" and do our best to keep it available and accurate. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
