14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net to find your order, or email us at hello@ecowanda.com and we'll help.

After a refund

Once refunded, the book will no longer be available to download from your account.

Problems with a file

If a download doesn't open or print properly, contact us first — we can usually fix it quickly.
